 This charming 17th century farmhouse is located in the centre of the picturesque village of Croyde, 10 minutes walk from the beach and near the local shops, pubs and restaurants.
The flagstone hallway just inside the stable door leads to (a) the fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washer-dryer and breakfast table, (b) the larder room with deep freeze and electric shower and (c) the cloakroom with wc and hand basin.
The sitting/dining room faces the small front garden and has an oil-fired Rayburn which heats the water. The second sitting room (pictured here) is comfortably furnished with colour TV and DVD player.
Upstairs, three bedrooms overlook the front garden - one double with built-in cupboard and two twin. The bathroom has a bath, hand basin, wc and large airing cupboard with immersion heater.
Croyde Farmhouse has a secluded small garden, some outhouses for storage, secure parking and plenty of space for children to play.
