Our lovely thatched cottage farmhouse, situated in the residential centre of the village of Croyde, provides some of the best surfing, beaches and coastal walking in the South West. Croyde Farmhouse offers the ideal base from which to enjoy the village and its spectacular North Devon setting.
In winter enjoy the wild Atlantic, perhaps show your mettle by taking a dip or a sturdy walk along the cliffs to Downend Point. Bring your bikes and walking boots and afterwards retreat inside to relax against the Rayburn while eulogising about your antics on the beach or that walk around Baggy Point.
Summertime is something else; salt, sand and surf and the occasional drop of rain is a useful excuse to drive you inside the local pubs, which are a short stagger back to the farmhouse. The cottage is also a brilliant place to bring your young family or teenage kids and enjoy the long summer evenings, barbecues in the garden and the village atmosphere.
